  • Enhanced Gallium Nitride mosfet.
  • AC operating voltage for centre tapped transformer min.12Vac to max.200Vpp – Vpeak to peak.
  • DC operating voltage 10Vdc to 200Vdc.
  • Continuous load current: Saligny IDeGaN – up to 20A.
  • Over 200A pulsed current at Ta = 25Celsius ( Max Rθjc = 1.0C/W, pulse duration ≤100 μs, duty cycle ≤1%).
  • Peak 30A – 500ms.
  • may operate without an output capacitor
